Get ready for The Stand In Your Power 11:11 Meditation Series!!

If you want to manage your emotions and life, control of your mind is vital.  Given we have 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts a day, it’s a lifelong journey! So let’s make it fun! 

Meditation is a useful tool to learn to control your mind. The more you meditate, the more comfortable you’ll be with it.

With my many years of meditating on a personal level, and teaching it on a professional level, I can see what people are willing and not willing to do, and I’ve designed this TrueSelf meditation series to make it doable and pleasurable. 

Yes!! It will be different from what you’ve traditionally heard or seen, but it works! And that’s really what matters. 

Your success is important to our team. The better you feel the better life gets, so it’s important to raise your vibration and feel good now!

In maximizing the benefits of your mediation sessions, it is important to make sure you’re breathing from the abdominal. 

To train in good breathing, on Friday, November 13th @ 4 PM EST, you will receive a link to join me for a zoom one hour class, starting at 6:30pm.

Week 1 to 4 - You will receive 2 daily meditations sessions for 4 consecutive weeks. 

1 - Morning - 11 minutes session 

2 - Evening - 11 minutes session

If you cannot attend the class, you'll have full access to view it on your portal.

Unlike The Stand In Your Power class, you can download the meditations and keep them.

As we are starting the TrueSelf meditation series, there may be some changes along the way. The aim is to do what is best for you, so you get the best results.
