Administrative Assistant and assistant to the Director

The Rebic Center Inc. is searching for someone to assist the Director in daily administrative, personal, office duties and tasks.  This offer is for a permanent, part time to full time position, as we move from working from home to the office.

Competencies we are seeking:

Interest and knowledge in social media (Facebook, instagram,Twitter, YouTube); daily online activity and customer service via social media platforms

Autonomy, sense of initiative

Knowledge of Excel and Word

Corrects, layouts and writes certain documents; good editing and writing skills required

Reception duties; setting up appointments; customer service oriented via telephone, email and social media platforms

Administrative and personal tasks requested by Director (duties as assigned, odd jobs may be required on a need basis)

Excellent oral and written English and French 

Good organizational skills

Flextime- may be required to be available out of regular office hours

Strong interest in person growth
